You have a great employee in tour technician (don’t know if you want his name listed here so I will Respectfully not use it). Very considerate and respectful, and knowledgeable in his work. He explained what was doing, showed pictures taken of the unit in the attic (I don’t climb up there anymore, so really appreciated that), and explained/showed why it would be good to change out the capacitor.
