We discovered an issue on Thursday night that would have required a shipment of a part (and delay of the fix), but he didn’t hesitate to go out of his way to get the replacement part we needed himself. He drove across town to make sure it was fixed that day so my 91 year old mother had AC over the weekend. He was very kind and kept us updated throughout the process. I first got to know C&S Air as a renter in Mansfield about 6 years ago. Now, as a home owner in the area, I’m thrilled I can still trust them to be my go-to.
